This year for co-op I am taking a writing class and I need your help... I have to write a 5 paragraph descriptive essay on 3 key principles of "Monsters, Inc" that make up its morals. (And it can't be written in 1st or 3rd person) I haven't seen the movie in a really long time and was wondering if anyone knows what the moral of the movie is?

I never saw the movie, but I just googled it. Maybe reading the plot would help you remember.
I think one of the lessons would be that we shouldn't make opinions about people, till we get to know them.

The moral of the movie, or for any movie, is don't waste your money. When the movie is over, what do you have to hold in your hands.
Nothing!!!
Tools on the other hand are wise investments. So the moral of the movie is don't go, spend your money on tools.

I have seen the movie... and thought it was pretty good! Lets see... three morals...
1. scaring people is not good
2. don't judge people (or monsters) based on their appearance
3. sometimes when you love someone you have to let them go
